Here is some more stuff that is good.

This is a scene on a river that is supposed to be covered in fog. The fog is volumetric, so you can fly through it. I made the fog useing halos and dupliverts.
Render time, about 10 min on 266MHz with 64MB RAM


This is a scene from the same animation that I think turned out very well. Again, the fog is volumetric. I blew this image up so that you can see the detail. The actual resolution is 384X288.
Render time, 2+ hours on 266MHz with 64 MB RAM.

The rendering time is so long because there is a LOT more in the scene, so there is 1.5 million verts in the scene. The grass and trees are all gemetry.

This scene here is also pretty neat. It is part of the same thing, but it is an early test render. Again, it is enlarged for detail.
